As Marketing Director of the start up real estate brokerage, Modtown Realty, I built their brand blueprint, developed their social media strategy and campaigns, streamlined their CRM system, created individual marketing plans for more than 30 agents, redesigned their signage, created all of their internal and external marketing documents, coordinated advertising and public relations opportunities, and developed creative videos to grow thier Youtube audience. These efforts resulted in Modtown hitting its goal of signing more than 100 agents in its first year of operation.
